  Absolutely awful service. The controller could not speak a word of English. Told me originally my taxi will be ten minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I rang again and was told 5 minutes, this happened afew times before they told me they could not pick me up (40 minutes after my original booking) because they could not contact their driver. Pathetic the fact this firm employs one full time driver only. This firm is an absolute joke!
